Effective date: August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AtlasGTM.io and the AtlasGTM platform (collectively, “AtlasGTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use our Services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Personal information we collect
Information you provide
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, account credentials, billing and transaction information, support requests, survey responses, and communications with us. If you use collaborative features, we collect the information and content you choose to submit, including business records, files, notes, prompts, and other Customer Content.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we may collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages and features accessed, timestamps, referring URLs, log information, error reports, and interaction metadata. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
Information from others
We may receive information from organizations that invite you to the Services, identity providers you choose to use, payment processors, integration partners, and publicly available sources. The information we receive depends on your settings and the third party’s policies.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information to provide and administer the Services; authenticate users; process payments; provide customer service; communicate about service, security, support, and policy updates; personalize and improve features; monitor performance; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights, users, and the public.
Where required by law, we process personal information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving our Services), or to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us provide the Services, including hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics and monitoring providers, customer-support tools, email providers, and professional advisers. These parties may process information only under appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.
We may also disclose information to your organization and authorized users; when you direct us to do so through an integration; in response to valid legal process; to protect the security, rights, and property of AtlasGTM, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, protect the Services, understand usage, and improve performance. See Cookie Settings for further information. You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is processed. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer periods.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and using the Services in accordance with your organization’s security requirements.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@cloudatlas.pro with enough information for us to verify and respond to your request. If you use the Services through an organization, your organization may control certain account and workspace information; in that case, direct your request to the organization first. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.
8. International transfers
AtlasGTM may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your location. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Third-party sites and services
The Services may link to third-party websites and enable third-party integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing personal information or enabling an integration.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For questions, complaints, or privacy requests, contact privacy@cloudatlas.pro. California residents should also review our California Notices.
